Requirements Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Evaluate business requirements and clarify any open or ambiguous problem statements.

• Convert business requirements into precise, actionable solution specifications.

• Collaborate closely in a delivery partnership with business units, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), Data Analysts, and Technical Analysts.

• Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and implementation teams.

• Ensure a mutual understanding of objectives and challenges.

• Provide clear documentation and modeling of requirements, processes, and potential solutions.

• Develop actionable solution concepts that consider benefits, effort, risks, and impacts.

• Prepare comprehensive decision-making materials for stakeholders.

• Contribute expertise in collections, receivables management, finance, or payments.

• Actively participate in shaping and evolving the delivery structure.

• Strong understanding of business analysis, process modeling, and requirements management.

• Capability to analyze and comprehend business processes, system landscapes, and data flows.

• Confident and persuasive communication skills in both German and English, written and verbal.

• Experience in facilitating workshops and alignment meetings.

• Structured, analytical, and pragmatic approach to work.

• Ideally, some experience in collections, receivables management, finance, or payment processes.

• Degree or equivalent professional qualification.

• Self-motivated with a proactive mindset.

• Ability to work independently and responsibly.

• Willingness to assume responsibility.
