Requirements Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Assist the Product Owner (PO) in enhancing and crafting user stories

• Conduct functional testing

• Create artifacts to fulfill contractual obligations

• Gather, analyze, validate, and document functional and non-functional requirements

• Facilitate interaction between users and the technical team

• Develop requirements specifications and use cases

• Aid in defining project scope

• Engage in development planning and progress-tracking meetings

• Ensure requirements align with business goals

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed higher education (undergraduate degree and/or lato sensu postgraduate qualification and/or stricto sensu postgraduate qualification) in Information Technology

• Proficient in full-stack development, especially Java

• Familiarity with Vue.js and Spring Boot

• Knowledge of Oracle and MongoDB

• Expertise in requirements elicitation techniques (interviews, workshops, brainstorming, observation, etc.)

• Experience in requirements modeling using UML (use cases, sequence diagrams, etc.)

• Understanding of BPMN for business process modeling

• Proficient with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Enterprise Architect, Bizagi, among others

• Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) as well as traditional methodologies (Waterfall)

• Experience in creating functional and technical documentation

• Familiarity with SQL and ERP/CRM systems is a plus

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong active listening skills and empathy towards clients

• Analytical mindset with a systems-level viewpoint

• Highly organized with a keen attention to detail

• Ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams
