This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
• Update pricing and membership details in the contract management database system.
• Manage assigned supplier contract files and foster supplier relationships.
• Serve as the primary contact for designated suppliers.
• Assist in resolving invoice discrepancies.
• Create and maintain contract documentation files.
• Verify contract maintenance reports and refresh the contract management database system.
• Analyze and maintain exception reports related to pricing and membership data.
• Investigate contract discrepancies, pinpoint issues, and recommend corrective measures.
• Facilitate complex issue resolution alongside internal departments and supplier representatives.
• Support EDI technology initiatives for assigned suppliers.
• Contribute to management objectives and process enhancement efforts.
• Collaborate with distribution centers to address contract discrepancies and update membership and pricing details.
• Receive, recognize, and resolve discrepancies in supplier contracts.
• Perform additional duties as required.
• Familiarity with contract administration principles.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to excel in a collaborative team setting.
• Excellent organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong analytical capabilities, with a quick aptitude for data and situation analysis.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills.

• Able to make informed decisions to meet objectives.
• Resourceful in exploring or suggesting new concepts and/or processes.
• Competence in implementing processes that ensure satisfactory audit practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, sales, marketing, computer science, or a related field.
• Two to three years of relevant experience is required.
