This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico, +2 more countries.
• Develops, implements, and manages policies, procedures, practices, and compensation and incentive programs.
• Analyzes labor market trends, evaluates positions, and manages salary structures to ensure competitiveness and internal equity.
• Serves as an internal consultant on compensation matters, providing recommendations to leaders and Human Resources teams.
• Ensures compliance with current regulations and corporate policies.
• Participates in organizational reviews and designs compensation strategies aligned with business needs.
• Collaborates with Human Resources management to develop competitive initiatives that drive business strategies.
• May be responsible for executive compensation, incentive plans, and stock option administration.
• May prepare and deliver communications for employees and training programs.
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
• 2 years of experience in Compensation and Benefits, involved in salary analysis, job evaluation, compensation structures, and benefits administration.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools.
• Knowledge of variable compensation, salary tables, and market studies.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
