This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Update contract pricing and membership details within the contract management database system
• Manage assigned supplier contract documentation and foster supplier relationships
• Serve as the primary contact for designated suppliers and assist in resolving invoice discrepancies
• Create and maintain contract documentation files
• Verify contract maintenance reports and refresh the contract management database system
• Oversee exception reports and evaluate pricing and membership details
• Investigate contract discrepancies, pinpoint root causes, and devise suitable solutions
• Facilitate the resolution of complex issues with internal teams and supplier representatives
• Assist with EDI technology projects for assigned suppliers
• Support management initiatives and contribute to process improvement efforts
• Collaborate with distribution centers to address contract discrepancies and update membership and pricing details
• Receive, identify, and rectify discrepancies related to assigned supplier contracts
• Perform additional duties as necessary
• Familiarity with contract administration
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment

• Ability to implement processes that lead to satisfactory audit practices
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, computer science, or a related field
• At least two to three years of relevant experience
