This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
• Update pricing and membership details in the contract management database system.
• Manage assigned supplier contract documentation and foster supplier relationships.
• Serve as the primary contact for designated suppliers.
• Assist in resolving invoice discrepancies and supplier contract matters.
• Create and maintain contract documentation files.
• Validate contract maintenance reports and refresh the contract management database.
• Keep exception reports for pricing and membership information up to date.
• Review contract discrepancies, pinpoint issues, and identify suitable solutions.
• Facilitate the resolution of complex issues involving internal departments and supplier representatives.
• Participate in EDI technology initiatives for assigned suppliers.
• Aid management efforts and contribute to process enhancement initiatives.
• Collaborate with distribution centers to resolve contract discrepancies and update membership and pricing details.
• Carry out related responsibilities as assigned.
• Comprehensive training in business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, computer sciences, or similar fields, typically acquired through a four-year bachelor’s degree program.
• A minimum of two to three years of relevant experience.
• Familiarity with contracts administration.
• Proficient oral and written communication abilities.
• Capability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong organizational skills coupled with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to assess data and situations promptly.
• Strong interpersonal abilities.
• Effective problem-solving skills and capacity to navigate challenging tasks.
