Benefits Analyst, Mid-Level

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Responsible for managing, controlling, and executing corporate benefits.

• Ensure employee assistance, adherence to internal policies, collective bargaining agreements, and vendor contracts.

• Suggest ongoing enhancements to benefits management processes.

• Oversee medical and dental plans, life insurance, meal and food allowances, transportation allowances, private pension plans, childcare support, and other corporate benefits.

• Process enrollments, terminations, modifications, and updates of employee data with suppliers.

• Review and verify invoices, expenses, cost allocations, discrepancies, and vendor payments.

• Act as the main point of contact for employees concerning benefit regulations, usage, and eligibility.

• Ensure adherence to internal policies, labor laws, social security regulations, and collective bargaining agreements.

• Prepare metrics, controls, and management reports regarding benefits usage, costs, and performance.

• Lead contract renewals, monitor service level agreements (SLAs), and engage in supplier negotiations.

• Assist in benefit review, implementation, and enhancement initiatives.

• Conduct regular audits of processes and records.

• Collaborate with Human Resources, Payroll, Personnel Administration, Finance, and external vendors.

• Participate in communication campaigns and engagement initiatives related to benefits and quality of life.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, or a relevant field.

• Experience in managing corporate benefits.

• Understanding of labor and social security laws as they pertain to benefits.

• Experience in vendor management and invoice analysis.

• Intermediate or advanced proficiency in Excel and experience in creating management reports.

• Familiarity with HR systems and benefits platforms.

• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.

• Strong analytical skills.

• Effective communication and a customer-focused approach.

• Sense of urgency and strong problem-solving skills.

• Proactive attitude and dedication to continuous improvement.
