This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Serve customers within the assigned geographical area and generate demand for products and services through a consultative sales process.

• Implement the commercial strategy and manage/develop the regional distribution channel.

• Ensure execution at retail points of sale and adherence to commercial policies.

• Develop and execute territorial plans to meet or exceed sales objectives, market share, and profitability.

• Apply the Sales Model and the Execution Process for Visits.

• Select and monitor distributors, negotiate commercial agreements, execute growth plans, track indicators, and reinforce training and commercial discipline.

• Promote availability, assortment, visibility, promotions, pricing, displays, and activations in retail.

• Build long-term relationships with clinics, hospitals, chains, specialty stores, and regional accounts.

• Coordinate with the technical department on support and technical service activities, ensuring follow-up and closure.

• Monitor the market and competition, identify opportunities, propose initiatives, and execute tactics.

• Ensure compliance with policies, ethics, and required certifications.

• Manage budget and expenses according to guidelines.

• Collaborate with technical, marketing, finance, and supply areas to ensure availability, execution, and sustainable growth in the territory.


⛳️ Requirements

• Completed degree in Administration, Marketing, Health Sciences, or a related field.

• Veterinary Medicine degree is not required.

• Minimum of 5 years in sales with territory management experience.

• Advanced English proficiency, capable of conducting meetings, presenting, and drafting emails/reports.

• Desired experience in retail/point of sale.

• Preferred experience managing distributors/channels.

• Desired experience in negotiation and development of key accounts.

• Strategic thinking: territory planning, prioritization, opportunity analysis, and account plans.

• Management of distributors and channel: agreements, sell-in/sell-out, indicators, training, and commercial discipline.

• Effective negotiation and closing; executive presentations.

• Data analysis and performance management: forecasting, monitoring KPIs.

• Clear communication, active listening, influence, resilience, objection handling, cross-functional collaboration, customer orientation, sense of urgency, ethics, and integrity.

• Organization and discipline; autonomy; high level of responsibility.

• Results-oriented, adaptability to change, and agile learning.

• Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook.

• Desired experience with CRM systems, such as Salesforce, and commercial reporting.

• Availability to travel 60% of the time.
