
Reporting Specialist, Pharmacy Network

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Prepare reports and projects, including comprehensive Geo Access and Member Disruption reports, within established timelines.
• Grasp intermediate data relationship concepts and convert data into actionable insights.
• Develop pharmacy directories for clients and members, highlighting available pharmacy services and locations.
• Provide weekly, monthly, quarterly, or annual reports and directories as mandated by government-sponsored health plans and other clients.
• Conduct quality assurance to ensure the accuracy and compliance of reports with regulations and requirements.
• Offer periodic and detailed updates on activities and opportunities to the Provider Services team and cross-functional leadership.
• Recognize, advocate for, and implement process enhancements to optimize quality and efficiency.
• Support internal department and corporate initiatives.
• Oversee task completion within the department and across various functions.
• Address moderately complex issues.
• Engage in and promote compliance program goals.
• Execute other related tasks as assigned or needed.
• An Associate’s degree is required; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Focus in business, information systems, economics, or statistics is preferred.
• At least 1 year of professional experience in a business environment is necessary.
• Proficient in PC skills: Microsoft Excel, Access, and other applications as required.
• Participate in, comply with, and support compliance program objectives.
• Ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with colleagues.
• Must reside in an eligible U.S. state; remote work is not available for residents of Alaska, Hawaii, Maine, Mississippi, New Hampshire, New Mexico, North Dakota, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, West Virginia, or Wyoming.
• Availability to work Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM CT.
