This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +2 more states.
• Assist the pharmacy team in guiding clients through the intricate landscape of the healthcare sector.
• Offer data-oriented solutions aimed at enhancing care quality or reducing costs.
• Analyze pharmacy claims data.
• Enter data into clinical and financial forecasting models.
• Collaborate with internal colleagues for support, education, and mentorship.
• Gain insights into qualitative and financial assessments of PBM contracts, including pricing structures and fee schedules.
• Help develop models for comprehensive analyses of pharmacy data, claims, and eligibility information.
• Collect, standardize, and integrate data sets to generate summarized reports.
• Participate in drafting proposals, presentations, exhibits, RFPs, and reports.
• Observe consulting functions such as pricing, reserving, financial forecasting, model development, and mergers and acquisitions.
• Contribute to technical tasks, including the analysis of pharmacy financial data.
• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s program in math, finance, pharmacy, computer science, economics, statistics, or a related field with quantitative coursework.
• Recent graduates will also be taken into account.
• Previous experience with U.S. healthcare claims is preferred.
• Understanding of pharmacy reimbursement processes in the U.S.
• Must be available for full-time work, 40 hours per week, from September to December 2026.
• Strong technical capabilities and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Previous internship or relevant work experience is advantageous.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Capable of completing project deliverables, adhering to deadlines, and ensuring quality compliance.
• Strong time management skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
• Proven integrity.
• Self-driven, innovative, and resourceful.
• Must have legal authorization to work in the United States without current or future immigration sponsorship.
