This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Costa Rica, +4 more countries.

📋 Description

• Develop and sustain automated reports for eCommerce, B2B, and B2C, incorporating performance metrics across all marketing channels based on client requirements and recommendations.

• Access and analyze data directly from Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and various other marketing platforms.

• Create and update performance decks on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis, focusing on data storytelling and actionable insights.

• Conduct in-depth analyses to identify optimization opportunities and address business inquiries.

• Convert complex data into clear and concise visual representations for clients and internal stakeholders.

• Utilize Google Sheets and other tools for advanced data manipulation and analysis.

• Present findings effectively, linking data to business outcomes.

• Leverage AI technologies and Power Digital's Nova ecosystem to enhance reporting and provide deeper insights.

• Achieve KPIs of over 90% task delivery rate and over 90% task accuracy rate.

• Continuously enhance reporting templates, dashboards, visualization techniques, analysis methodologies, and metrics.

• Proactively identify opportunities, address client inquiries, and communicate deliverables and timelines.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Analytics, or a related discipline.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing analytics or digital marketing.

• Comprehensive understanding of digital marketing metrics, campaign structures, and the customer journey.

• Familiarity with major digital marketing platforms such as Meta, Google Ads, Google Analytics, etc.

• Advanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets for data manipulation and analysis (including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).

• Experience with data visualization tools like Looker, Tableau, PowerBI, or Google Data Studio.

• Knowledge of statistical concepts such as regression modeling and test/control analysis.

• Experience in creating performance presentations and conveying data narratives.

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking capabilities.

• Self-driven and capable of working under pressure to meet deadlines.

• Proficiency in spoken and written English at an advanced level is required.
