This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
• Take charge of the Salesforce Marketing Cloud architecture and CRM data systems for BSON.
• Develop predictive models to forecast enrollment yield, assess deposit risk, and score leads.
• Oversee integrations and manage reporting on lifecycle funnels and engagement at the program level.
• Handle performance reporting for paid media and ensure full-funnel attribution.
• Conduct market analysis.
• Implement data governance across Salesforce systems and create data models.
• Provide executive dashboards and engage in data storytelling for school leadership.
• Assist with the annual Brand Health Study and conduct competitive intelligence research as necessary.
• Act as BSON's primary point of contact for daily data operations.
• Develop and enhance data integrations between Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Education Cloud, Slate, LMS platforms, and related university systems.
• Ensure efficient data exchanges with vendors and agencies.
• Collaborate with BSON Admissions and Georgetown University's Undergraduate Admissions to manage applicant-stage data.
• Work with Advancement teams to discuss alumni and donor data points.
• Address inquiries related to Salesforce and data governance with Information Systems and University Medical Center departments.
• Coordinate with external partners regarding data delivery and campaign performance.
• Report to the Senior Director of Marketing Strategy & Engagement as the main business intelligence partner.
• Inform paid media strategy through data modeling and Salesforce tracking without determining the strategy.
• A bachelor's degree in data analytics, computer science, engineering, information systems, or a related field is mandatory.
• Five to six years of experience in marketing analytics, CRM administration, or institutional research.
• Proficient hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or a similar marketing automation platform, including Data Extensions, Journey Builder, UTMs, and segmentation.
• Expertise in building forecasting or predictive models, such as those for enrollment yield, funnel conversion, or cohort risk, is essential.
• Knowledge of GA4 and UTM-based attribution is required.
• Strong skills in Excel and data visualization using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
• Ability to convert complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.
• A master’s degree in data analytics, business intelligence, computer science, or a similar field is preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce Education Cloud or a comparable post-enrollment student success platform is preferred.
• Familiarity with paid media performance metrics and agency reporting structures is preferred.
• Experience working across various university data systems, including admissions, advancement, and LMS, is preferred.
• Comfortable managing technical systems and executing daily operations independently.
• Capable of handling competing priorities across five lifecycle stages without close supervision.
