This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil, +3 more countries.

📋 Description

• Develop and sustain automated reporting systems for eCommerce, B2B, and B2C, incorporating performance metrics across all marketing channels.

• Gather and assess data from Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and various other marketing platforms.

• Design and refresh weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance presentations that emphasize data storytelling and practical recommendations.

• Perform in-depth analyses to reveal optimization opportunities and provide answers to business inquiries.

• Convert intricate data into straightforward and visually appealing presentations for clients and internal stakeholders.

• Utilize Google Sheets and additional tools for advanced data manipulation and analysis.

• Present insights clearly and link data to business results.

• Leverage AI technologies and Power Digital's Nova ecosystem to refine reporting and derive deeper insights.

• Achieve KPIs of over 90% for task delivery rate and task accuracy rate.

• Continuously enhance reporting templates, dashboards, analysis techniques, visualization methods, and metrics.

• Proactively identify opportunities, respond to client inquiries, and communicate deliverables and timelines.


⛳️ Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in both spoken and written English is essential.

• A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Analytics, or a relevant field is required.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing analytics or digital marketing.

• A solid understanding of digital marketing metrics, campaign structures, and the customer journey.

• Familiarity with leading digital marketing platforms (Meta, Google Ads, Google Analytics, etc.) is necessary.

• Advanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets for data manipulation and analysis (including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).

• Experience with data visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, PowerBI, or Google Data Studio.

• Understanding of statistical concepts like regression modeling and test/control analysis.

• Proven experience in creating performance presentations and articulating data narratives.

• Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

• Strong attention to detail and analytical capabilities are critical.

• Self-driven and capable of working under pressure while meeting deadlines.
