This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina, +3 more countries.

📋 Description

• Develop and sustain automated reports for eCommerce, B2B, and B2C, incorporating performance metrics across all marketing channels.

• Retrieve and assess data from Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and various other marketing platforms.

• Generate and refresh weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance presentations with an emphasis on data storytelling and actionable insights.

• Execute in-depth analyses to identify optimization opportunities and address business inquiries.

• Convert intricate data into clear visual representations for clients and internal teams.

• Utilize Google Sheets and additional tools for advanced data manipulation and analysis.

• Clearly present findings, linking data to business results.

• Leverage AI technologies and Power Digital's Nova ecosystem to enhance reporting and produce deeper insights.

• Achieve KPIs of 90%+ task delivery rate and 90%+ task accuracy rate.

• Refine reporting templates, dashboards, visualization methods, analysis strategies, and metrics.

• Actively seek out opportunities, respond to client inquiries, and communicate deliverables and timelines.


⛳️ Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in spoken and written English is essential for this position.

• A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Analytics, or a related discipline is required.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing analytics or digital marketing is necessary.

• A solid understanding of digital marketing metrics, campaign frameworks, and the customer journey is expected.

• Familiarity with leading digital marketing platforms (Meta, Google Ads, Google Analytics, etc.) is important.

• Advanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets for data manipulation and analysis (including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.) are required.

• Experience with data visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, PowerBI, or Google Data Studio is needed.

• Knowledge of statistical concepts like regression modeling and test/control analysis is beneficial.

• Proven experience in creating performance presentations and conveying data narratives is essential.

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking are crucial.

• Self-motivated and capable of working under pressure while meeting deadlines.
