Reporting Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Generate and submit timely and precise weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on the commercial pipeline and key performance indicators (KPIs)

• Create and provide ad hoc reports as requested by Sales Operations leadership

• Contribute insights and analysis to commercial initiatives

• Work alongside Sales Operations leadership to pinpoint opportunities for enhancing reporting and business intelligence processes through improvement and automation

• Develop and deliver recurring reports, including pipeline, forecasting, bookings, and KPI dashboards

• Address and fulfill ad hoc reporting and analytical requests from Sales Operations leadership and commercial stakeholders

• Oversee and ensure the quality of Salesforce data, identifying and raising issues related to inconsistencies, missing information, and pipeline hygiene

• Evaluate pipeline health and forecasting metrics, such as stage progression, opportunity aging, conversion rates, and attainment trends

• Assist in the automation of reporting and business intelligence initiatives by enhancing dashboards and optimizing data processes

• Provide analytical assistance for strategic initiatives and business reviews, including executive presentations, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), territory analysis, and operational projects

• Report directly to the Manager of Sales Operations

• Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

• Over 3 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Intelligence, Reporting Analytics, or similar analytical positions

• Exceptional analytical, communication, and stakeholder management abilities

• Proficient in fast-paced, dynamic, and growth-focused environments

• Advanced expertise in Salesforce reporting and dashboard development

• Advanced skills in Power BI, including dashboard creation, data modeling, and best practices for visualization

• Strong Microsoft Excel capabilities, including Pivot Tables, Power Query, XLOOKUP, and analysis of large datasets

• Experience in supporting forecasting, pipeline management, KPI reporting, and analysis of commercial performance

• Familiarity with enterprise-level data governance, reporting accuracy, and best practices for data compliance
