Reporting Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Generate and present regular weekly, monthly, and quarterly commercial reports on pipeline, forecasting, bookings, and key performance indicators (KPIs)

• Create and provide ad hoc reports and analytical insights requested by Sales Operations leadership and commercial stakeholders

• Contribute to reporting and analysis for commercial initiatives, strategic projects, business reviews, executive presentations, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), territory assessments, and operational efforts

• Oversee and ensure the quality of Salesforce data, reporting any inconsistencies, missing information, and issues related to pipeline hygiene

• Evaluate pipeline health and forecasting indicators, including stage transitions, opportunity aging, conversion rates, and attainment patterns

• Assist in automating reporting and business intelligence functions by enhancing dashboards, optimizing data processes, and boosting reporting efficiency

• Collaborate with Sales Operations leadership to pinpoint opportunities for process enhancement and automation

• Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned by the Manager of Sales Operations

• Report directly to the Manager of Sales Operations

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

• Over 3 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Intelligence, Reporting Analytics, or similar analytical positions

• Strong analytical capabilities, communication skills, and stakeholder management expertise

• Adept at functioning in dynamic, fast-paced, growth-oriented environments

• Advanced expertise in Salesforce reporting and dashboard creation

• Proficient in Power BI, including dashboard development, data modeling, and visualization best practices

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, covering Pivot Tables, Power Query, XLOOKUP, and analysis of large datasets

• Experience in supporting forecasting, pipeline management, KPI reporting, and analysis of commercial performance

• Familiarity with enterprise-level data governance, ensuring reporting accuracy, and adhering to data compliance best practices
