Data and Reporting Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist in regulatory, financial, and business reporting efforts

• Keep track of report requests and modifications

• Analyze downstream data to identify anomalies and potential issues

• Develop SQL scripts for reporting purposes

• Leverage PowerBI and other dashboarding tools

• Collect requirements from stakeholders to ensure they receive necessary resources to advance the business

• Contribute to the development and enhancement of processes that foster business growth

• Provide information that empowers internal clients and enhances the policyholder experience

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience

• Proficiency in understanding data structures and identifying relationships

• Familiarity with Visio and process flow documentation

• Experience using version control systems such as GitHub or DevOps

• Knowledge of analytics/BI platforms like PowerBI, Tableau, or Cognos

• Strong collaboration skills with internal clients and the ability to communicate key insights and findings

• Preference for candidates with financial reporting, accounting, or insurance experience
