Performance Reporting Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist in fulfilling various reporting requirements for the advisor support team that caters to ultra-high-net-worth clients.

• Ensure the accuracy of information, investigate and rectify discrepancies, and deliver thorough investment reports.

• Review and compile daily transaction reports that encompass trades, transactions, and cash flows from the previous day.

• Oversee private equity and alternative investment data within the portfolio reporting system.

• Monitor capital calls, distributions, and fund valuations for high-net-worth clientele.

• Evaluate activities and controls to mitigate errors, fraud, and misstatements in financial results.

• Engage in educational opportunities through associate meetings and internal resources.

• Onboard client data, produce performance reports, update information, and support investment management and billing using Black Diamond performance reporting software.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in financial services.

• Experience with performance reporting software is preferred.

• Candidates from Pacific and Mountain Time Zones are preferred.

• Capable of managing multiple tasks with a keen attention to detail.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

• Strong analytical and organizational skills.

• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.

• Must possess legal authorization to work in the United States.

• Self-driven, independent, and able to collaborate effectively within a team.
