This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Collaborate with business leaders and various teams to establish key performance indicators and gather reporting needs.
• Create scalable reporting and analytical solutions.
• Design, construct, and sustain dashboards, reports, data pipelines, and analytical infrastructure.
• Identify ways to enhance data quality, efficiency, and reporting capabilities.
• Analyze intricate data sets using SQL and other analytical tools.
• Convert performance trends into insights, recommendations, risks, and opportunities for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Lead reporting and analytical projects from initial requirements to final implementation.
• Ensure that deliverables meet contractual obligations, service level agreements, performance expectations, and business goals.
• Act as an analytics partner to organizational leadership.
• Identify data-driven enhancements and support operational, strategic, and transformational initiatives.
• Operate independently while collaborating with leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Provide reporting and analytics to facilitate operational and strategic decision-making.
• Must currently reside in California.
• 2+ years of experience in reporting, data analytics, business intelligence, business analysis, or a related analytical field.
• Proficiency in querying and analyzing large and diverse data sets using SQL or similar data technologies.
• Experience in developing reports and dashboards with Power BI, Tableau, Cognos, or similar business intelligence tools.
• Familiarity with Python and/or other data scripting languages.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills for articulating complex data to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Capability to manage priorities and work independently in a fast-paced remote environment.
• Preferred: A minimum of 2 years of experience with SQL.
• Preferred: Experience with Agile, Lean, Six Sigma, or similar process improvement methodologies.
• Preferred: Experience with AWS, Azure, or another cloud environment.
• Preferred: Understanding of data governance and data quality management principles.
• Preferred: Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power BI or Power Automate.
• Preferred: Experience in supporting contracts or client-based services that involve SLAs, performance metrics, contractual obligations, or regulatory requirements.
• Preferred: Experience in leading reporting or analytical projects, partnering with senior leadership, and managing cross-functional stakeholders.
• Preferred: Experience in highly regulated environments such as healthcare, government, or the public sector.
