This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage the auto-renewal process, ensure forecast hygiene, and conduct contract audits throughout the portfolio.
• Strive for a 95%+ on-time renewal closure rate by T-30 without any lapses for Enterprise accounts.
• Collaborate with the Scaled CSM to oversee scaled-book renewals utilizing automation and minimal commercial engagement.
• Assist in executing the Enterprise renewal strategy by preparing T-120 renewal briefs, conducting commercial preparations, and performing account research.
• Gather data, draft necessary documents, and facilitate the setup of commercial discussions.
• Gain proficiency in A2 coverage during the first quarter and autonomously manage A2 renewals and complex mid-market escalations by the conclusion of Q2.
• Contribute to the development of playbooks, tools, and documentation to create a scalable renewals process.
• Work in tandem with CSMs, AEs, deal desk, and Finance to ensure smooth transitions and expedited contracting.
• Leverage AI tools for account research, proposal creation, forecast summarization, and customer outreach.
• Assist in defining a modern renewals function supported by AI capabilities.
• Process-driven with the ability to handle numerous tasks simultaneously without losing focus.
• Strong commercial acumen, including guiding customers on pricing, addressing objections, and negotiating terms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills that are clear and engaging.
• Determined, ambitious, and eager to develop a function while expanding responsibilities.
• Quick learner of SaaS tools.
• Practical experience with a Customer Success platform such as Vitally, Gainsight, or Catalyst is a plus.
• Familiarity with a CRM like HubSpot or Salesforce is advantageous.
• Interest in the plaintiff legal industry.
• AI-focused mindset.
• 1–3 years of experience in SaaS renewals, customer success operations, sales operations, or account management (preferred qualifications).
• Comfort with analyzing usage data, product signals, and forecasting inputs (preferred).
• Knowledge of contract lifecycle processes, including proposals, redlines, and signature workflows (preferred).
