Remote Support BCBA

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist in managing caseloads in collaboration with an in-center BCBA in Training.

• Oversee clients and RBTs within the supported pod and throughout the center as necessary.

• Supervise RBTs using Microsoft Teams.

• Deliver billable Telehealth services to clients via Microsoft Teams.

• Support Junior Program Managers and Apprentice Students in managing their caseloads.

• Document supervision and billable hours on a daily basis.

• Work together with in-center clinicians to modify programs, protocols, and training based on session observations.

• Stay informed on the latest empirically validated research studies.

• Participate in and maintain external training certifications.

• Adhere to mandated reporter standards.

• Collaborate effectively with the clinical team while exhibiting professionalism.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master’s Degree with a focus on behavior analytic content.

• Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential.

• Qualified to supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT).

• Must attend and uphold all external training certifications (CPR, First Aid, etc.).

• Comply with all mandated reporter standards.

• Work collaboratively with all members of the clinical team and demonstrate professionalism in the workplace.

• Availability Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM.
