Relationship Manager – Mandarin Speaking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Take complete ownership for the success and satisfaction of the merchants within your portfolio.

• Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders across various continents and time zones.

• Establish and maintain connections with essential merchant stakeholders, utilizing these relationships to enhance the merchant experience.

• Ensure a positive and consistent relationship with one or more assigned clients.

• Act as the primary point of contact for problem resolution and client retention.

• Collaborate and work closely with colleagues in the Global Nuvei Team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience managing enterprise-level clients in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

• A solid understanding of payments and acquiring is essential.

• You are a high-energy, dynamic, hands-on self-starter with a proven commercial acumen and entrepreneurial spirit.

• You thrive in uncertain situations and can effectively navigate ambiguity.

• You possess excellent communication skills and can build relationships at all levels.

• You are detail-oriented.

• You can work seamlessly with a global, multicultural team.

• You are well-organized with strong time management abilities.

• You have a strong capacity for analyzing and solving problems.

• Willingness to work across various time zones.

• Fluent in Mandarin and proficient in English.

• Travel is required (~5%).
