Relationship Manager II – Public Sector

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Cultivate, maintain, and enhance relationships with Ticket Log's public sector clientele.

• Ensure client satisfaction and foster loyalty.

• Act as the main liaison between clients and the organization.

• Identify client requirements and propose customized solutions.

• Execute strategies to drive the growth and profitability of the client portfolio.

• Establish and nurture long-term client relationships.

• Oversee a client portfolio, comprehending their needs and challenges.

• Recognize upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue streams.

• Conduct analyses of client performance metrics in pursuit of continuous improvement.

• Supervise the collections portfolio, ensuring financial consistency.

• Enhance the profitability of the client portfolio through effective strategies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related fields.

• Proven experience in customer relationship management.

• Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.

• Strong critical thinking skills and attention to detail.

• Located in the Federal District (Brasília) or Goiânia.

• Willingness to travel.

• Preferred: prior experience in the mobility sector or fleet management.

• Preferred: background in working with public sector clients.

• Preferred: specialized training in sales or customer service.
