Relationship Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Act as the main point of contact for specialized trust and fiduciary services for prestigious institutional clients.

• Cultivate enduring client relationships by providing exceptional, responsive service.

• Manage the onboarding process of new accounts and oversee account opening procedures.

• Evaluate agreements and prepare internal documentation for effective administration.

• Engage with contacts to ensure timely client deliverables and address inquiries.

• Supervise Trust Administrators in executing trades, wire transfers, checks, plan sub-accounting, and reconciliations.

• Collaborate with Senior Management, Trust Administrators, Operations, Financial Analysts, and Attorneys.

• Deliver annual account presentations during weekly committee meetings and take part in internal planning sessions.

• Facilitate communication with participants regarding employer stock funds and distributions.

• Adhere to policies and procedures, maintain records, and respond to audit inquiries.

• Recognize cross-selling opportunities to aid in business development.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.

• At least five years of relevant professional experience.

• Proficient in MS Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

• Experience with trust systems (e.g., SEI’s Trust3000) is preferred but not mandatory.

• Certification as a Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) or other retirement industry credentials is preferred but not essential.

• A dedicated virtual workspace is required.

• Family care arrangements should be in place during business hours.

• Internet connection must be 25 Mbps or higher.

• Willingness to travel up to 5%.
