• Act as the main liaison for specialized trust and fiduciary services provided to high-profile institutional clients

• Cultivate enduring client relationships by delivering exceptional and responsive service

• Oversee the onboarding process for new accounts, collecting necessary information and coordinating account setup

• Examine agreements and prepare internal documentation to ensure proper administration

• Conduct regular meetings with contacts to ensure timely client deliverables and address inquiries

• Supervise Trust Administrators in managing stock and mutual fund transactions, wire transfers, checks, plan sub-accounting, and reconciliations

• Work collaboratively with Senior Management, Trust Administrators, Operations, Financial Analysts, and Attorneys

• Present annual account evaluations during weekly committee meetings and engage in internal planning discussions

• Facilitate communications with participants regarding employer stock funds and distributions

• Adhere to policies and procedures, maintain records, and respond to audit inquiries

• Identify opportunities for cross-selling to enhance business development

• Bachelor's degree from a recognized university or college

• At least five years of pertinent professional experience

• Proficient in MS Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

• Capability to provide a continuous virtual workspace

• Family care arrangements must be in place during business hours

• Internet speed of 25 Mbps or higher for personal use

• Experience with trust systems (for example, SEI’s Trust3000) is preferred but not mandatory

• Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) or other retirement industry certifications are preferred but not required

• Willingness to travel up to 5%
