Reimbursement Business Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Assist healthcare provider offices in securing appropriate access to Regeneron products for patients.

• Propel and support the reimbursement strategy of the company and division across various payer segments.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, sales teams, payer teams, and Alliance partners.

• Work cross-functionally with Regeneron and Alliance sales organizations as a subject matter expert in processes and payers.

• Develop and implement strategic tactical plans for Alliance product access and reimbursement initiatives.

• Offer process, payer, and specialty pharmacy support to educate physician offices about product coverage.

• Keep up-to-date with local and national payer landscapes, Specialty Pharmacy, and Utilization Management criteria.

• Build relationships with healthcare provider offices to address payer coverage challenges.

• Stay current with required training and knowledge across Alliance therapeutic areas and upcoming product markets.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree.

• At least 5 years of experience in pharmaceuticals and/or sub-cutaneous self-injectable biologics in a matrix environment.

• A minimum of 2 years of reimbursement experience.

• Experience with products provided through a Specialty Pharmacy network.

• Strong collaboration and proactive communication skills.

• Proven ability to operate within an Account Management-based structure.

• Familiarity with Commercial Insurers, Managed Care, Government, and Federal payer sectors.

• Understanding of Integrated Delivery Networks/Integrated Health Systems.

• Knowledge of CMS policies and expertise in Part D.
