This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oklahoma.
• Drive sales and expand market share by fostering relationships, providing product education, developing business strategies, and supporting Quantum Providers and Rehab Facilities within a designated geographical region and account portfolio.
• Cultivate a strong clinical reputation and presence among therapists and decision-makers within the rehabilitation community.
• Forge connections with Quantum and Pride Providers and Rehab Facilities through business meetings, product demonstrations, and educational sessions.
• Collaborate closely with Rehab Professionals and Clinicians on daily mobility assessments for rehabilitation clients.
• Engage with Rehab Product Support Associates, Regional Managers, and the Quantum Team to meet the needs of Rehab providers.
• Meet or exceed revenue goals and sales quotas.
• Develop strategic action plans to enhance product market share and surpass sales expectations.
• Identify untapped sales opportunities across all business lines, particularly Quantum, within the assigned account portfolio and referral sources.
• Create strategic travel and calling schedules within the designated geographical area.
• Adhere to safety and security protocols, reporting any accidents, incidents, or injuries.
• Complete the annual CTPAT Security Training.
• Commit to continuous improvement and exhibit sound business judgment.
• Collaborate effectively with all Pride departments to exceed both internal and external expectations.
• Must possess a team-oriented attitude, be friendly, professional, detail-oriented, and honest.
• Demonstrated ability to multitask, solve problems, and prioritize in a fast-paced work environment.
• Capability to demonstrate and troubleshoot products effectively.
• Ability to collaborate with multiple departments as part of a cross-functional team.
• Must be able to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to travel overnight, drive extensively, meet after-hours requirements, and transport demo equipment as business needs arise.
• Strong drive for personal advancement and continuous improvement.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Fundamental understanding of the clinician's role in equipment considerations and the decision-making processes within rehabilitation facility systems.
• Exceptional relationship-building abilities.
• Strong web navigation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficient presentation, public speaking, and training skills.
• Intermediate skills in mechanical and/or electrical assembly and troubleshooting.
• At least 2 years of experience with direct patient contact performing and/or observing mobility evaluations and equipment considerations in a Rehabilitation and/or Clinical setting, OR at least 5 years of direct patient contact in a Rehabilitation and/or Clinical setting as a Clinician with a comprehensive understanding of clinical diagnoses related to Quantum/Pride product users.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship, both now and in the future.
• Associate Degree in a Health Care-related field OR a High School Diploma or GED with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.
