Product Specialist – Controlled Environment

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Promote controlled environment products within the designated geographic area to surpass territory forecasts.

• Collaborate with Laboratory Equipment Representatives to pinpoint and secure controlled environment sales opportunities.

• Highlight the organization’s extensive range of products during sales meetings.

• Create comprehensive business plans for the assigned region and review them quarterly with the District Sales Manager.

• Build and maintain relationships with architects, casework dealers, and lab planners to expand the pipeline for new construction opportunities.

• Maintain the company CRM sales funnel reports for accurate monthly sales forecasting and product build plans.

• Provide monthly and quarterly forecasts of expected bookings while ensuring forecast accuracy.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree with a focus on Life Sciences is preferred.

• At least 5 years of proven success in laboratory sales is required; experience in controlled environments is preferred.

• Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time.

• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities are essential.

• Self-driven with a proactive approach.

• Excellent interpersonal skills and persuasive communication abilities.

• Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively and close business deals.
