This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut.
• Lead intricate compliance initiatives and manage regulatory change activities.
• Provide strategic oversight for compliance delivery efforts.
• Interpret, implement, monitor, and operationalize regulatory requirements across CGHB products and services.
• Oversee large-scale, cross-functional regulatory implementation projects.
• Manage compliance reporting obligations and ensure audit-ready reporting practices.
• Transform complex regulatory requirements into practical business solutions.
• Identify compliance risks, opportunities, and impacts on business operations.
• Utilize data-driven insights to enhance decision-making and regulatory oversight.
• Act as a trusted advisor to leadership and business partners.
• Influence stakeholders across CGHB, Cigna Healthcare, Evernorth, and enterprise compliance organizations.
• Collaborate with Regulatory, Compliance, Legal, Business Operations, Technology, Data & Analytics, and enterprise stakeholders.
• Develop clear requirements, including written Epics, and conduct walkthroughs.
• 7+ years of experience in business analysis, program management, compliance, or a related field.
• Proficient in advanced data analysis, reporting, validation, and collaboration with Business Intelligence and Data & Analytics teams.
• Expertise in regulatory reporting, including design, data governance, quality controls, validation, and audit-ready practices.
• Proven experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives and regulatory implementation efforts.
• Familiarity with Agile methodology and experience delivering in both Agile and Waterfall environments.
• Experience in regulatory compliance, risk assessment, and operational readiness.
• Background in business and technology initiatives, software delivery lifecycle, and organizational change adoption.
• Preferred experience with OpenPages, KnowledgeXChange, Jira, or similar governance and delivery tools.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication abilities.
• Capability to work independently and formulate recommendations.
• Skill in interpreting and analyzing large data sets as well as evaluating complex regulatory requirements.
• Access to home internet via cable broadband or fiber optic service with a minimum of 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload if working remotely.
