This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Provide timely, high-quality translations to IQVIA clients.

• Follow the given source materials and client guidelines.

• Conduct research on industry-specific terminology to maintain the meaning and tone of the original content.

• Utilize specialized glossaries and translation tools to verify translation quality.

• Review translations for grammar, spelling, and punctuation before submission.

• Identify any gaps in instructions or external factors impacting client commitments.

• Promptly address project-specific inquiries.

• Assist in investigations related to quality and timely delivery based on feedback received.

• Maintain regular communication with Project Management and Vendor Management teams regarding workload capacity.

• Cultivate strong relationships with the IQVIA Translation Services team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Native proficiency in the target language (Irish).

• Fluent in the source language (English), both spoken and written.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in translating, reviewing, and/or post-editing regulatory content, including SmPCs, CTD, labeling, and packaging.

• Familiarity with translation management systems and CAT tools; memoQ is preferred.

• Proficient in Excel and Word.
