This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Establish trust and foster partnerships with state healthcare regulatory boards and agencies.
• Act as the main point of contact for designated state partners.
• Maintain proactive communication schedules with state regulatory boards and agencies.
• Grasp local missions, priorities, constraints, and operational challenges.
• Facilitate discussions regarding operational efficiency, government modernization, and the missions of regulatory boards.
• Align CE Broker capabilities with agency efficiency and public protection outcomes.
• Present business cases and proposals that address the needs of board staff and leadership.
• Progress opportunities through intricate, consultative sales processes.
• Synchronize implementation timelines with agency deadlines and strategic objectives.
• Steer strategic opportunities towards successful deal closure.
• Stay informed on state licensing frameworks and continuing education compliance.
• Identify new opportunities arising from industry trends and evolving regulatory requirements.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and manage forecasting in Salesforce CRM.
• Collaborate with Product, Implementation, and Customer Success teams from contract signing to go-live.
• Ensure timely follow-through on stakeholder requests.
• 3–5+ years of experience at the state level working directly with regulatory boards, in a healthcare regulatory environment, or a related field.
• Demonstrated success in building and nurturing relationships within state agencies and/or licensing boards.
• Ability to establish rapport at both operational and leadership levels.
• Project management orientation for developing pipelines, nurturing and closing complex deals, and coordinating intricate RFPs and contract renewals.
• Capability to ensure technical and compliance requirements are fulfilled.
• Comfort in navigating lengthy, non-linear government procurement decision-making processes.
• Strong proficiency in presenting technical solutions clearly and persuasively to varied stakeholder groups.
• Self-driven and disciplined in managing a territory without constant daily supervision.
• Experience in relationship-based sales is preferred.
• Public-sector state-level account management experience is advantageous.
• Legal authorization to work in the US; sponsorship is not available.
