Regulatory Compliance Officer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Oversee the management of chemical import permits, licenses, and regulatory submissions.

• Collaborate with DENR-EMB, PDEA, PNP, Customs, and various other regulatory bodies.

• Maintain accurate records of regulated chemical inventories and ensure compliance documentation.

• Generate necessary reports and assist during audits and inspections.

• Keep abreast of regulatory updates and guarantee continuous compliance.

• Offer expert advice on licensing and requirements for chemical handling.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Pharmacy, or a related scientific discipline.

• 3-5 years of experience in regulatory compliance within the chemical sector.

• Familiarity with PMPIN, SQI, and managed chemical licensing procedures.

• Understanding of RA 6969, PICCS, SDS, and GHS standards.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and compliance-related documentation.

• Excellent attention to detail, strong communication, and stakeholder management abilities.

• A valid driver's license.

• Completion of a criminal record check as a prerequisite for employment.
