Registration Analyst, Digital Certificates

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Reach out to clients regarding the renewal of digital certificates and the procurement of their initial Digital Certificate.

• Oversee the current client base, pinpointing certificates that are approaching expiration or require pending issuance actions.

• Engage with clients proactively and offer assistance to facilitate the issuance or renewal of Digital Certificates.

• Track and follow up on the regularization of powers of attorney necessary to progress processes.

• Maintain accurate records and follow-ups to ensure transparency regarding unresolved issues.

• Implement preventive measures to reduce impacts and interruptions to accounting deliverables caused by absent or irregular Digital Certificates and powers of attorney.

• Ensure clear and focused communication with clients, aiming to resolve outstanding concerns promptly.

⛳️ Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

• Proven experience in customer service.

• Fundamental understanding of digital certification and ICP-Brasil regulations.

• Experience in organization and meticulous attention to detail, including document verification.

• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, including filters and basic formulas.

• Basic familiarity with internal processes and operational workflows.

• Basic understanding of technology, encompassing the use of platforms, systems, and digital certificates.

• Awareness of tracking essential performance indicators, such as service volume and average handling time.

• Currently enrolled in a degree program in accounting, business administration, or a related discipline.
