Registered Nurse, Case Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.

📋 Description

• Serve as a Nurse (RN) - Case Manager.

• Deliver case management utilizing clinical assessment and critical thinking abilities.

• Leverage utilization management expertise along with knowledge of medical necessity, level of care, and patient status.

• Work 4-, 8-, or 10-hour shifts as required to address staffing needs.

• Operate Monday through Friday during business hours; weekend shifts may be available but are not mandatory.

• Collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing. A combination of education and experience will be taken into account. Required.

• Master’s degree in Nursing or a healthcare-related field is preferred.

• Minimum of three (3) years of pertinent clinical nursing experience. Required.

• Recent experience as a hospital-based Nurse Case Manager is preferred.

• Must be licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of WI or possess a license from a jurisdiction that is part of the nurse licensure compact upon hire. Required.

• Strong clinical expertise.

• Experience in utilization management.

• Highly developed assessment and critical thinking skills.

• Familiarity with medical necessity, level of care, and patient status.
