Registered Nurse, Bilingual – Vietnamese, English

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Conduct Medicare Annual Wellness Visits via telehealth under the direct supervision of a physician.

• Complete necessary CMS assessments and screenings.

• Virtually review and update medical histories, medication lists, immunization records, and family histories.

• Evaluate health status, cognitive function, and vital signs when available, along with chronic disease risk factors using remote monitoring tools.

• Provide education to patients on preventive measures, lifestyle modifications, and community resources through virtual consultations.

• Create and revise personalized prevention plans with guidance from physicians.

• Collaborate with supervising physicians on documentation and follow-up using EHR systems.

• Identify HCC codes that require recapture reporting to CMS.

• Maintain precise patient records in alignment with HIPAA and organizational standards.

• Facilitate virtual referrals to healthcare services and specialists.

• Monitor patient progress and adherence to prevention plans through telehealth follow-ups.

• Stay updated on Medicare guidelines, telehealth best practices, preventive care, and chronic disease management.

• Participate in virtual team meetings, training, and continuing education.

⛳️ Requirements

• Fully bilingual in Vietnamese and English.

• Must reside in GA.

• Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of GA.

• Availability for PRN work from Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm, totaling approximately 20 hours per week.

• Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience in patient care.

• Experience with Medicare Annual Wellness Visits (AWVs) and telehealth platforms is highly desirable.

• Preferred knowledge of Medicare guidelines, telehealth practices, and preventive care strategies.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

• Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems, telehealth technology, and remote medical documentation.

• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a remote environment.

• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.

• Internet connection capable of supporting video calls and internal/external systems, with a minimum of 100 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speeds.

• Ability to adhere to HIPAA, PHI, PII, security, and company data protection policies.

• Availability during specified working hours and willingness to disclose any secondary employment.
