Registered Nurse, Bilingual – Vietnamese, English

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Perform Medicare Annual Wellness Visits via telehealth under the direct supervision of a physician, adhering to CMS guidelines.

• Review and update patient medical histories, medication lists, immunization records, and family backgrounds.

• Evaluate health status, vital signs when available, cognitive abilities, and chronic disease risk factors utilizing remote monitoring tools when applicable.

• Provide education to patients on preventive strategies, lifestyle modifications, and community resources through virtual consultations.

• Create and revise personalized prevention plans based on patient requirements and physician recommendations.

• Work in collaboration with the supervising physician on documentation and follow-up utilizing EHR systems.

• Identify HCC codes that need recapture reporting to CMS.

• Ensure accurate patient records are maintained in compliance with HIPAA and organizational standards.

• Manage virtual referrals to healthcare services and specialists.

• Oversee patient progress and adherence to prevention plans through telehealth follow-ups.

• Stay updated on Medicare guidelines, telehealth best practices, preventive care, and chronic disease management.

• Engage in virtual team meetings, training, and continuing education.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be fully bilingual in Vietnamese and English.

• Candidate must reside in Georgia.

• Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in Georgia is required.

• Availability for PRN work from Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm, approximately 20 hours weekly.

• Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience in patient care.

• Experience with Medicare Annual Wellness Visits (AWVs) and telehealth platforms is highly desirable.

• Preferably knowledgeable in Medicare guidelines, telehealth practices, and preventive care strategies.

• Possess excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.

• Proficient in electronic health records (EHR) systems, telehealth technology, and remote medical documentation.

• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a remote environment.

• Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented approach.

• Internet connection with at least 100 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speed.

• Capability to adhere to security policies and procedures safeguarding PHI, PII, and company intellectual property.

• Must be available during specified working hours and participate in virtual meetings with cameras on.
