Registered Nurse – Bilingual, Korean – English

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Perform Medicare Annual Wellness Visits via telehealth following CMS guidelines.

• Complete necessary assessments and screenings for patients.

• Conduct virtual reviews and updates of medical histories, medication lists, immunization records, and family histories.

• Evaluate current health status, cognitive function, and vital signs when available, along with chronic disease risk factors.

• Utilize remote monitoring tools when appropriate.

• Offer virtual patient education regarding preventive measures, lifestyle changes, and community resources.

• Create and modify personalized prevention plans under the guidance of a physician.

• Work in collaboration with the supervising physician on documentation and follow-up actions.

• Identify HCC codes that require recapture reporting to CMS.

• Ensure accurate patient records are maintained in accordance with HIPAA and organizational standards.

• Facilitate virtual referrals to healthcare services and specialists.

• Track patient progress and adherence to prevention plans through telehealth follow-ups.

• Stay updated on Medicare guidelines, telehealth best practices, preventive care, and chronic disease management.

• Engage in virtual team meetings, training sessions, and continuing education activities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be fully bilingual in Korean and English.

• Must reside in GA.

• Hold a current and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of GA.

• Availability for PRN work from Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm, approximately 20 hours per week.

• At least 3 years of nursing experience in patient care.

• Prior experience with Medicare Annual Wellness Visits (AWVs) and telehealth platforms is highly desirable.

• Familiarity with Medicare guidelines, telehealth practices, and preventive care strategies preferred.

• Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Proficient in electronic health records (EHR) systems, telehealth technology, and remote medical documentation.

• Ability to work independently and effectively manage time in a remote environment.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.

• Capable of providing a personal internet connection with a minimum of 100 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speeds.

• Must adhere to HIPAA, organizational security policies, and data protection requirements for patients and the company.

• Must be available during the specified working hours.

• Required to participate in virtual meetings with cameras on.
