Registered Nurse, Bilingual – Korean, English

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Conduct Medicare Annual Wellness Visits through telehealth in compliance with CMS guidelines.

• Review and update patient medical histories, medication lists, immunization records, and family history in a virtual setting.

• Evaluate patients’ health status, vital signs when available, cognitive function, and chronic disease risk factors using remote monitoring tools as applicable.

• Provide virtual patient education on preventive measures, lifestyle modifications, and community resources.

• Create and revise personalized prevention plans based on patient needs and physician recommendations.

• Collaborate with the supervising physician on documentation and follow-up utilizing EHR systems.

• Identify HCC codes that require recapture reporting to CMS.

• Maintain accurate patient records in adherence to HIPAA and organizational standards.

• Facilitate virtual referrals to healthcare services and specialists.

• Monitor patient progress and compliance with prevention plans through telehealth follow-ups.

• Stay updated on Medicare guidelines, telehealth best practices, preventive care, and chronic disease management.

• Participate in virtual team meetings, training, and ongoing education.

⛳️ Requirements

• Fully bilingual in Korean and English.

• Must reside in Georgia (GA).

• Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in Georgia.

• Availability for PRN work from Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, for approximately 20 hours per week.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in patient care nursing.

• Experience with Medicare Annual Wellness Visits (AWVs) and telehealth platforms is highly desirable.

• Familiarity with Medicare guidelines, telehealth practices, and preventive care strategies is preferred.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Proficient in electronic health records (EHR) systems, telehealth technology, and remote medical documentation.

• Ability to work independently and effectively manage time in a remote work environment.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Employees must provide their own internet connection with minimum speeds of 100 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload.
