Registered Nurse – Bilingual, Korean, English

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Conduct Medicare Annual Wellness Visits through telehealth, adhering to CMS guidelines.

• Complete necessary patient assessments and screenings.

• Virtually review and update medical histories, medication lists, immunization records, and family histories.

• Utilize remote monitoring tools when applicable to assess health status, vital signs, cognitive function, and chronic disease risk factors.

• Inform patients about preventive measures, lifestyle adjustments, and community resources.

• Collaborate with a physician to develop and update personalized prevention plans.

• Work together with the supervising physician on documentation and follow-up processes.

• Identify HCC codes that require recapture reporting to CMS.

• Ensure accurate patient record maintenance in accordance with HIPAA and organizational standards.

• Facilitate virtual referrals to healthcare services and specialists.

• Monitor patient progress and adherence to prevention plans through telehealth follow-ups.

• Stay updated on Medicare guidelines, telehealth best practices, preventive care, and chronic disease management.

• Participate in virtual team meetings, training sessions, and ongoing education.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be fully bilingual in Korean and English.

• Candidate must reside in Georgia.

• Hold a current and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in Georgia.

• Availability for PRN work Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., approximately 20 hours per week.

• At least 3 years of patient care nursing experience required.

• Experience in primary care, preventive care, or telehealth is preferred.

• Highly desirable to have experience with Medicare Annual Wellness Visits (AWVs) and telehealth platforms.

• Preferred knowledge of Medicare guidelines, telehealth practices, and preventive care strategies.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential.

• Proficient in electronic health records (EHR) systems, telehealth technology, and remote medical documentation.

• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a remote work environment.

• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail are required.

• Must have a minimum internet speed of 100 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload.

• Ability to adhere to security policies and procedures protecting PHI, PII, and company intellectual property.

• Employees must disclose any secondary employment and remain accessible during designated working hours.

• Willingness to participate in virtual meetings with cameras on.
