Registered Nurse, Bilingual – Korean, English

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Perform Medicare Annual Wellness Visits through telehealth in line with CMS guidelines.

• Review and revise patient medical histories, medication records, immunization details, and family histories virtually.

• Evaluate patient health status, vital signs when accessible, cognitive abilities, and chronic disease risk factors utilizing remote monitoring tools when applicable.

• Offer virtual education on preventive strategies, lifestyle modifications, and community resources.

• Create and modify personalized prevention plans under the supervision of a physician.

• Work alongside the supervising physician on documentation and follow-up using EHR systems.

• Recognize HCC codes that need recapture reporting to CMS.

• Ensure accurate patient records are maintained in accordance with HIPAA and organizational standards.

• Enable virtual referrals to healthcare services and specialists.

• Track patient progress and adherence to prevention plans through telehealth follow-ups.

• Remain updated on Medicare guidelines, telehealth best practices, preventive care, and chronic disease management.

• Engage in virtual team meetings, training sessions, and continuous education.

⛳️ Requirements

• Fully bilingual in Korean and English.

• Residing in Georgia.

• Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in Georgia.

• Availability for PRN work Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., approximately 20 hours per week.

• At least 3 years of experience in patient care nursing.

• Preferred background in primary care, preventive care, or telehealth.

• Highly desirable experience with Medicare Annual Wellness Visits (AWVs) and telehealth platforms.

• Familiarity with Medicare guidelines, telehealth practices, and preventive care strategies is preferred.

• Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities.

• Proficient in electronic health records (EHR) systems, telehealth technology, and remote medical documentation.

• Capacity to work independently and manage time efficiently in a remote work environment.

• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.

• Ability to adhere to HIPAA, security, and patient data protection regulations.

• Internet connection capable of supporting video calls and internal/external systems, with a minimum of 100 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speed.
