Registered Nurse, Bilingual (Korean, English)

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Perform Medicare Annual Wellness Visits via telehealth under the direct supervision of a physician and in alignment with CMS guidelines.

• Review and modify patient medical histories, medication lists, immunization records, and family histories in a virtual setting.

• Evaluate health status, vital signs when available, cognitive function, and chronic disease risk factors utilizing remote monitoring tools as appropriate.

• Educate patients on preventive strategies, lifestyle modifications, and available community resources through virtual consultations.

• Create and revise personalized prevention plans tailored to patient needs and physician recommendations.

• Collaborate with the supervising physician on documentation and follow-up of identified health issues using EHR systems.

• Identify HCC codes that require recapture reporting to CMS.

• Ensure accurate patient record maintenance in compliance with HIPAA and organizational standards.

• Coordinate virtual referrals to healthcare services and specialists.

• Track patient progress and adherence to prevention plans, provide support, and modify plans during telehealth follow-ups.

• Remain updated on Medicare guidelines, telehealth best practices, preventive care, and chronic disease management.

• Engage in virtual team meetings, training, and ongoing education.

⛳️ Requirements

• Fully bilingual in Korean and English.

• Must reside in Georgia (GA).

• Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Georgia (GA).

• Availability for PRN work Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, approximately 20 hours per week.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in patient care nursing.

• Experience with Medicare Annual Wellness Visits (AWVs) and telehealth platforms is highly desirable.

• Familiarity with Medicare guidelines, telehealth practices, and preventive care strategies is preferred.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for virtual patient education and engagement.

• Proficient in electronic health records (EHR) systems, telehealth technology, and remote medical documentation.

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Capability to utilize an internet connection with a minimum of 100 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload.
