Registered Nurse – Bilingual, Korean, English

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Conduct Medicare Annual Wellness Visits via telehealth in line with CMS guidelines.

• Virtually assess and update patient medical histories, medication lists, immunization records, and family backgrounds.

• Evaluate patients’ health status, vital signs when available, cognitive capabilities, and chronic disease risk factors utilizing remote monitoring tools as needed.

• Offer virtual patient education on preventive strategies, lifestyle modifications, and community resources.

• Create and revise personalized prevention plans based on patient requirements and physician recommendations.

• Collaborate with the supervising physician on documentation and follow-up utilizing electronic health record systems.

• Identify HCC codes that require recapture reporting to CMS.

• Maintain precise patient records in accordance with HIPAA and organizational standards.

• Facilitate virtual referrals to healthcare services and specialists.

• Monitor patient progress and adherence to prevention plans through telehealth follow-ups.

• Stay updated on Medicare guidelines, telehealth best practices, preventive care, and chronic disease management.

• Engage in virtual team meetings, training sessions, and continuing education.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be fully bilingual in Korean and English.

• Must reside in GA.

• Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of GA.

• Availability for PRN work Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, approximately 20 hours per week.

• A minimum of 3 years of nursing experience in patient care.

• Experience with Medicare Annual Wellness Visits (AWVs) and telehealth platforms is highly preferred.

• Strong understanding of Medicare guidelines, telehealth practices, and preventive care strategies is advantageous.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.

• Proficient in electronic health records (EHR) systems, telehealth technology, and remote medical documentation.

• Ability to work independently and effectively manage time in a remote work environment.

• Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.

• Internet connection capable of supporting video calls and internal/external systems, with a minimum of 100 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speeds.

• Must be reachable during specified working hours.

• Must disclose any secondary employment.
