Registered Nurse, Bilingual (Korean, English)

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Perform Medicare Annual Wellness Visits through telehealth while adhering to CMS guidelines.

• Conduct virtual reviews and updates of patient medical histories, medication lists, immunization records, and family backgrounds.

• Evaluate patients' health conditions, including vital signs when available, cognitive abilities, and chronic disease risk factors using remote monitoring tools as appropriate.

• Provide virtual education to patients on preventive strategies, lifestyle modifications, and community resources.

• Create and revise personalized prevention plans in alignment with patient requirements and physician recommendations.

• Work in conjunction with the supervising physician regarding documentation and follow-up on health issues identified through EHR systems.

• Recognize HCC codes that require recapture reporting to CMS.

• Ensure accurate patient documentation in accordance with HIPAA regulations and organizational standards.

• Coordinate virtual referrals to healthcare services and specialists.

• Track patient progress and compliance with prevention plans through telehealth follow-ups, offering support and necessary adjustments.

• Stay updated on Medicare regulations, telehealth best practices, preventive care, and chronic disease management.

• Engage in virtual team meetings, training sessions, and ongoing education.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be fully bilingual in both Korean and English.

• Must reside in Georgia (GA).

• Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Georgia.

• Availability for PRN shifts Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, totaling approximately 20 hours per week.

• A minimum of 3 years of nursing experience in patient care.

• Experience with Medicare Annual Wellness Visits (AWVs) and telehealth platforms is highly desirable.

• Preferably knowledgeable in Medicare guidelines, telehealth practices, and preventive care strategies.

• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the capability to effectively educate and engage patients in a virtual setting.

• Proficient in electronic health records (EHR) systems, telehealth technology, and remote medical documentation.

• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a remote work environment.

• Strong organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.

• Must have an internet connection capable of supporting video calls and system access, with minimum speeds of 100 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload.

• Must adhere to security policies and procedures for protecting PHI, PII, and company intellectual property.
