Registered Nurse, Bilingual – Korean, English

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Perform Medicare Annual Wellness Visits through telehealth in line with CMS guidelines.

• Review and refresh patient medical records, medication lists, immunization history, and family background.

• Evaluate health status, vital signs when available, cognitive abilities, and chronic disease risk factors using remote monitoring tools.

• Offer virtual patient education on preventive strategies, lifestyle modifications, and community resources.

• Create and update personalized prevention plans tailored to patient requirements and physician recommendations.

• Work in collaboration with the supervising physician on documentation and follow-up tasks utilizing EHR systems.

• Identify HCC codes that require recapture reporting to CMS.

• Ensure comprehensive patient records are maintained in accordance with HIPAA and organizational standards.

• Facilitate virtual referrals to healthcare services and specialists.

• Track patient progress and adherence to prevention plans through telehealth follow-ups.

• Stay informed about Medicare guidelines, telehealth best practices, preventive care, and chronic disease management.

• Participate in virtual team meetings, training sessions, and ongoing education.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be fully bilingual in Korean and English.

• Candidate must reside in Georgia (GA).

• Possession of a current and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Georgia.

• Availability for PRN work from Monday to Friday, between 8:00am and 5:00pm, approximately 20 hours weekly.

• A minimum of 3 years of nursing experience in patient care.

• Experience with Medicare Annual Wellness Visits (AWVs) and telehealth platforms is highly preferred.

• Familiarity with Medicare guidelines, telehealth practices, and preventive care strategies is advantageous.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.

• Proficient in electronic health records (EHR) systems, telehealth technology, and remote medical documentation.

• Ability to work independently and effectively manage time in a remote environment.

• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail are required.

• Reliable internet connection capable of supporting video calls and internal/external systems: minimum 100 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload.

• Commitment to adhere to security policies and procedures safeguarding PHI, PII, and company intellectual property.

• Availability during specified working hours and participation in virtual meetings with cameras on.
