This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Respond to incoming phone inquiries related to retirement plans from participants, employers, and third-party specialists.
β’ Offer general account details and resolve inquiries concerning contributions, withdrawals, account modifications, products, and taxation.
β’ Execute financial transactions as requested by callers.
β’ Clarify previous returns in relation to the economic climate, adhering to FINRA / SEC guidelines.
β’ Support participants with automated voice response systems and assist in navigating the website for financial transactions and loan initiation.
β’ Generate disbursement quotes.
β’ Address feedback from management.
β’ Participate in meetings and training sessions.
β’ An associate degree in business or a related field is preferred.
β’ If lacking a degree, an additional one to two years of relevant experience is necessary.
β’ Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, ideally in a financial services setting.
β’ FINRA Series 6 and Series 63 licenses are required.
β’ FINRA fingerprinting is mandatory.
β’ Applicants must have authorization to work for any employer in the U.S.; visa sponsorship, including CPT/OPT, is not available.
β’ Must have reliable high-speed internet with a wired connection.
β’ A minimum service level of 50Mbps download and 10Mbps upload is required.
β’ Direct connection to a modem or router via an Ethernet cable is necessary.
β’ A designated area in the home for training and uninterrupted work is needed.
β’ Overtime may be necessary based on business requirements.
