This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Comprehend and adhere to “The VC3 Way,” ensuring to uphold and mentor the team to meet VC3 standards and processes.
• Guide, mentor, and oversee a team of Account Executives within a designated region.
• Recruit, onboard, and cultivate the skills of Account Executives.
• Establish individual and team sales objectives that align with regional revenue and growth goals.
• Track pipeline activities, forecast accuracy, and the performance of individual representatives against quotas.
• Execute one-on-one coaching sessions, deal evaluations, and provide meeting support.
• Collaborate with leadership on territory planning, account assignments, and the administration of compensation plans.
• Build and sustain relationships with key strategic accounts in the region.
• Generate regional sales, pipeline, and forecasting reports.
• Engage in the interviewing and hiring process for Account Executives.
• Assist with onboarding and ramp planning for new hires alongside sales enablement.
• Meet regional bookings and quota attainment targets.
• Ensure the entire team meets or exceeds quota attainment levels.
• Guarantee the timely completion of necessary team training and certifications.
• Keep accurate CRM and pipeline data maintained across the team.
• Retain and nurture top sales talent within the region.
• Report directly to Ryan Ashburn.
• Over 5 years of experience in B2B sales, including a background in a consultative/solution-selling environment.
• More than 2 years of experience in a sales leadership, management, or team-lead role with direct responsibility for people management.
• Demonstrated success in building, coaching, and leading a sales team to achieve consistent quota attainment.
• Strong grasp of consultative and solution sales methodologies, client needs assessment, and sales plan development.
• Familiarity with CRM and sales forecasting tools, especially HubSpot.
• Excellent interpersonal, coaching, and presentation abilities.
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
• Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned region, including overnight and occasional weekend trips.
• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Strongly preferred: experience in IT services/solutions sales leadership.
• A background in MSP, cloud, VOIP, or cybersecurity sales is a plus.
• The selected candidate must successfully complete criminal and department of motor vehicles background checks.
• Must fulfill Criminal Justice Information Systems (CJIS) requirements post-employment.
