Regional Vice President, Strategic Solution Engineering

📋 Description

• Formulate and implement strategies aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction and driving revenue growth within key accounts.

• Coordinate team initiatives with market dynamics, organizational objectives, and competitive intelligence to bolster regional influence.

• Motivate and lead a high-performing team of technical experts, ensuring outstanding results for customers.

• Collaborate with sales, marketing, product, and customer success teams to synchronize strategies and improve processes.

• Interact with executive stakeholders, positioning JFrog as a strategic ally while tackling intricate challenges.

• Remain informed about trends in DevOps, DevSecOps, and MLOps, fine-tuning strategies to meet customer demands.

• Provide technical proofs of concept and pre-sales support.

• Serve as a trusted advisor to C-level executives.

• Report directly to the VP of Strategics and Field CTO.

• Align regional strategies with corporate goals, focusing on revenue growth, customer satisfaction, strategic alignment, and market leadership.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in enterprise software/SaaS.

• More than 5 years of experience managing technical or solution-oriented teams.

• Demonstrated ability to secure seven- and eight-figure contracts utilizing methodologies such as MEDDPICC and value-based selling.

• Extensive knowledge in DevOps, DevSecOps, and pre-sales functions including needs assessment and product presentations.

• Proven success in securing high-value contracts, formulating strategic account plans, and meeting corporate goals.

• Outstanding analytical and communication abilities; driven by data.

• Capability to align cross-functional teams and sway stakeholders.

• Willingness to travel for customer engagement and to support team success.

• A strong enthusiasm for agility and a proactive mindset.
