This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Build, lead, and expand a team of enterprise Account Executives.
• Take charge of hiring, onboarding, coaching, and managing performance.
• Be responsible for a regional revenue target, establishing and achieving quotas, forecasting diligently, and driving consistent pipeline generation and conversion.
• Mentor Account Executives through intricate, eight-figure sales cycles that involve C-suite sponsors, technical evaluation teams, procurement, legal, and security.
• Participate directly in deals when it enhances the outcome.
• Act as the executive sponsor in strategic engagements with CTOs, Chief Product Officers, and leaders in search and personalization.
• Conduct pipeline reviews, deal assessments, precise forecasting, and qualification driven by methodology, utilizing MEDDPICC or a comparable framework.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, forward-deployed engineering, and the founding team to synchronize go-to-market execution.
• Shape sales playbooks, deal strategies, territory design, and overall go-to-market tactics.
• Enhance the team's grasp of customer P&Ls, surfaces, KPIs, and business cases.
• Ensure business cases can withstand scrutiny from procurement and CFOs.
• Over 6 years of experience managing high-performing enterprise sales teams.
• Proven history of building and leading AE teams that consistently exceed quotas.
• Personal success in closing seven-figure, preferably eight-figure, enterprise deals.
• Familiarity with selling technical products such as infrastructure, ML/AI, data platforms, or similar offerings.
• Experience in leading teams that engage with and grow Fortune 500 accounts.
• Skilled in navigating lengthy sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders, procurement, legal, and security processes.
• Ability to hire effectively, ramp representatives swiftly, coach utilizing methodologies, and enhance team performance.
• Disciplined, data-oriented sales operations experience with thorough qualification, forecasting, and pipeline management.
• Strong business acumen and adeptness in creating business cases that can withstand procurement and CFO scrutiny.
• Experience in establishing processes, structures, and collateral in ambiguous situations.
• Demonstrated full ownership, effective navigation of ambiguity, and proactive problem-solving capabilities.
• Capability to excel in fast-paced, rapidly changing environments.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Preferred: experience selling into retail, e-commerce, marketplaces, media and entertainment, or travel sectors.
• Preferred: familiarity with usage-based, value-based, or lift-share commercial frameworks.
• Preferred: experience in building go-to-market strategies alongside forward-deployed engineering or professional services teams.
• Preferred: experience in scaling a sales team during significant growth phases, such as Series B onward.
• Preferred: an existing network of senior buyers at large consumer enterprises.
