This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead the regional sales team at Parchment to surpass revenue goals and enhance adoption in designated territories.

• Formulate and implement sales strategies aimed at acquiring new customers and expanding wallet share within existing accounts.

• Coach, mentor, and inspire members of the sales team.

• Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers in institutions and organizations.

• Collaborate with marketing, customer success, and product teams on go-to-market initiatives.

• Forecast, monitor, and evaluate sales performance metrics.

• Present sales insights to senior leadership.

• Serve as a thought leader for Parchment and Instructure at industry events and conferences.

• Advocate for Instructure’s core values of transparency, excellence, and innovation.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related discipline.

• Over 5 years of progressive sales experience, ideally in the EdTech or SaaS sectors.

• A minimum of 3 years in a management or leadership position is preferred.

• Proven ability to lead and motivate high-performing sales teams.

• Established record of surpassing sales targets and expanding regional market presence.

• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with executives.

• Strong strategic thinking and analytical capabilities.

• Competence in managing intricate sales cycles and engaging C-level executives.

• Experience with Salesforce is preferred.

• Familiarity with Gong or other AI tools is preferred.

• Willingness to travel up to 25% each quarter.

• Must successfully pass a background check.

• Compliance with identity verification requirements is necessary.

• Accurate personal and professional information must be provided.
