This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +1 more state.
• Identify and seek out opportunities with end-users
• Stimulate interest and enablement with current channel partners while identifying and onboarding new ones
• Recruit, hire, and nurture enterprise security and networking software sales teams, which include Account Executives and Enterprise Systems Engineers
• Guide the Key Accounts team to surpass quarterly and annual sales targets
• Enhance relationships with senior executives, particularly C-level leaders in Key Accounts
• Collaborate with teams across Product & Engineering, Marketing, Finance, Operations, Sales Engineering, and Customer Success
• Structure, pursue, and secure large, intricate, multi-product platform agreements
• Implement account, territory, and opportunity planning; execute sales methodologies; forecast effectively; and focus on professional development
• Coach solution-oriented sales processes for Global 2000 accounts
• Broaden Cyberhaven's platform presence in areas such as DLP, Insider Risk, Data Detection & Response, and AI data security
• Cultivate executive-level relationships with channel partners
• Strategize and guide prospecting campaigns to sustain pipeline quotas
• Maintain a 180-day rolling forecast and manage pipeline projections for 6–12 months ahead
• Lead and coach evaluation programs and proofs of concept
• Gain an understanding of the competitive landscape and business environment in the region
• Continuously self-educate on emerging technologies
• Spearhead regional sales strategies and extend Cyberhaven's market presence
• Over 10 years of experience in selling cybersecurity software (DLP, IRM, CASB, or related data security categories)
• Proven experience in selling a multi-product security platform and executing land-and-expand strategies
• A history of surpassing sales goals while leading enterprise security and networking sales teams
• Experience in acquiring new business and driving growth within Global 2000 accounts
• At least 10 years of leadership experience, including second-line management
• Experience in leading strategic software teams, ideally in Key Account SaaS
• Proven ability to engage and build relationships with C-level executives
• Familiarity with sales methodologies such as MEDDICC or Strategic Selling
• Background in a fast-paced, high-growth software company
• Exceptional interpersonal, written, verbal, and presentation abilities
• Capability to quickly learn new technologies
• Must be located in Atlanta or Florida
• Proficient in SaaS and cloud selling economics
